What we have here is a pretty straightforward Active Campaign <> Salesforce integration. Native Active Campaign connector is limited thus passing Active Campaign actions to Salesforce require a custom solution.

Actions like open (email opened), bounced (email bounced), and click (link clicked) need to be tracked in Salesforce.
